Our Philosophy
At Foundations, we believe that true strength begins with a solid foundation—whether in a child’s development or a woman’s pelvic health.
For children: Development is stage-based for a reason. Each milestone builds on the mastery of previous skills. Delays in development may lead to compensations that cause future challenges, such as scoliosis or chronic pain. By identifying and addressing these issues early, we help set your child up for long-term success.
For women: Pelvic floor therapy addresses common but often overlooked conditions that impact daily life. Many women suffer in silence, believing their symptoms are “normal.” They’re not. With proper treatment, healing is possible, and life can be improved.
